What Is NDA?

Have you lost weight then put it back on again? Tried every diet, club, juice, cleanse, you’ve probably got results, but struggled to maintain them. My online coaching program aims to be the last diet you will ever need. I want to support you to reach your fat loss goals, enjoying the process, and most importantly maintaining the weight loss for the long term.

Honestly, most people can lose weight and most diet plans will help you to do that, but what about the long term? If you are stuck in an ‘on a diet’, ‘off a diet’ mentality you will you will never get long term results. My approach is different. I want you to enjoy your life while while losing weight. It isn’t a diet, it is your life. I want to help you to improve your relationship with food, and exercise, and your body. This is why I am here to help educate you to lead a healthy, happy and balanced life for the long-term. 

Initial video call: One-to-one call to find out about you, where you’re at, and what you’d like to achieve. This will include:

  • Nutrition: We will discuss your current diet, and agree on some goals to help you achieve them. This might include calorie and protein targets or a meal structure depending on your preferences. 
  • Movement: We will discuss your current lifestyle and activity and agree achievable targets to aim for. This may include a step count, or minutes aerobic based exercise depending on your preferences. 
  • Resistance training: We will discuss any resistance training history, and agree a plan for implementing this into your routine. There will be home, dumbbell, and gym options available, these will be updated 6 weekly. 

Set up:  You will have access to the Ritual Fitness app. Here you will find your workouts, you can link to My Fitness Pal to track your nutrition, upload progress photos, and store your weight and measurements. 

  • You can also use the app to track daily habits that help you to meet your goals including steps, workouts, sleep, water intake, fruit and veg portions and more.

Support and Accountability: Losing weight is hard, I will be there every step of the way to provide you with support and encouragement to reach your goals. I will celebrate your wins, and give you a nudge when you need it. Support is structured as follows: 

  • Weekly online check in: This is a form for you to complete on the agreed day. Feedback will be provided within 24 hours via email or whatsapp as per your preference. 
  • Week 3/4 accountability call: Does your motivation usually start to dip about 3 weeks into a diet? This call (phone or video) is here to help keep you accountable, and reset your goals as required. 
  • Week 7/8 progress review:  Video or phone call to discuss your progress so far, keep you accountable to the process, make adjustments to goals as required.
  • Week 12 video call to discuss progress and next steps.
  • Ongoing WhatsApp support as required: If between the planned support something changes, you have a wobble, or a question send me a message. I will reply within 24 hours on weekdays, usually must faster.

Absolutely yes. We can discuss a plan to manage those occasions without feeling over restricted. There’s loads of tips and advice to help you stay on track, you can find some of there here to get you started.

This plan is not just about losing weight. It is about learning how to eat and move in a way that you enjoy and is sustainable for the long term. There are no rigid rules or meal plans, you don’t need to cut out your favourite foods or meals out, I will teach you how to incorporate them into your life.

No. You get as much support with nutrition, diet, food intake as you need, as well as education to help you understand how to eat to lose weight and maintain the results long term. Meal plans are restrictive and boring.

You don’t have to do anything. Exercise has many health benefits and creating a calorie deficit is easier the more active you are. This plan is designed to help you lose weight in a way that suits you, I would highly recommend that you do some exercise, and will work with you to find a solution that works for you, but if you don’t want to I can’t make you.

There are many pros and cons to tracking calories, this plan is designed to meet your individual requirements. If you don’t want to track calories that is not a problem at all, I will help you find a solution to ensure that you are in a caloric deficit that suits you.

Check ins are the most important part of the program. You will get more out of the process, and will be more likely to achieve your goals and sustainable results if you fully engage with the process and check in. The check ins provide an opportunity for you to be supported, it keeps you accountable, and also allows for us to make changes as required. Whether you feel like you’ve stayed on track or not, use your check in to get the most from this program, in fact, the weeks where you feel like you’ve been off track are the most important weeks to check in, seek support, and help to get back on track.

I’ll arrange a one-to-one consultation with you (via video call) before we begin, enabling me to tailor your plan to your needs. I’ll then send you everything you need to get started. I am Tracey, and I own and run Ritual Fitness. I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer, EIQ certified nutritionist, and I am also trained in pre-and postnatal coaching, but more importantly than that I have been through the process. Over the years I have been underweight, overweight and everything in between; I have done fad diets, ate very little, and far too much. I have spent years cycling through phases of fat loss and fat gain. I truly do understand where you are now, I have travelled your journey, and I am now in a place where I can maintain my weight, I enjoy training, and I can eat cake when I want to. I want to help you on your journey to achieve your goals and maintain them for a lifetime.

I live in Stafford with my husband, daughter, and grandson. One of the biggest reasons that I am passionate about what I do is that I want to stay fit and active for as long as possible to enjoy family activities, and maintain my independence into older age. One of the biggest revelations as part of my own journey has been that I actually love being active. I walk, I am a keen cyclist, I lift weights, and I try to sign up for different activities to ensure I am never bored! 

I decided to undertake the training to become a personal trainer following my own personal health and fitness journey. I am based in Stafford, Staffordshire and would love to help people that are both local to me and from further afield.
